Our malaise has alerted the occupational physician, who advised management to act! So we had a stress management internship, from which I learned two or three things, like learning to relax ten minutes a day to gain three hours of energy or to make relaxing breaks.

I do not get dragged into a stressful process 24 hours a day. I use simple strategies. Living near my company, I walk or bike. I cut my cell phone as soon as I leave the office and I do not bring back any more files on weekends.

No more questioning everything on the professional.
