Essential oils, dried flowers, aromatic plants: once a week, make up a pleasurable bath. On the program: peace of the body and pleasure of the senses ... Flavia Mazelin Salvi

To take full advantage of these few minutes of serenity, it is important to take care of the details. Light, silence, comfort. Some tips make the difference: a candle light, the laptop off, a soft towel under the neck. Avoid the use of soap and shampoo at the end of the bath, because their active ingredients disrupt the beneficial effects of essential oils. The little extra: finish with a cool shower of a few seconds to tone the skin and activate the circulation.

Energizing bath with aromatic plants

- 125 g of verbena

- 125 g of mint

- 125 g of rosemary

- 125 g of wild thyme (herbalism).

These aromatic plants are known for their whiplash effect. Mix them and immerse them in four liters of boiling water. Let infuse a quarter of an hour, filter and pour into the water of a very hot bath. You will be able to inhale at full lungs the toning vapor of this giant infusion.

Bath time: twenty minutes. Beyond, your body is toned but not your skin.

Voluptuous honey bath

- 350 g of honey

- 200 g of sea salt

- 100 g of sodium bicarbonate

- 3 liters of whole milk (and organic)

- 4 tablespoons of sweet almond oil

- 7 drops of lemon essential oil (toning and revitalizing)

Pour into the hot bath the three liters of boiling milk, honey (diluted in a little hot water), sweet almond oil, sea salt, baking soda and finally drops of lemon essential oil (diluted in a little hot water or sweet almond oil). The emollient virtues of sea salt and lemon essential oil combined with the nourishing properties of milk and honey make this bath a pure moment of pleasure as well as a complete skincare.
